Q:What’s your best price for the watch?
A:The price is changed according to your quantity, package, materials, movement and so on. So please let us know more details if you want to get the final price.
Q:Can I customize my brand?
A:Yes, we are a 100% customize service watch factory. Welcome your ODM order.
Q:What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A:The MOQ is 500 pcs per model.
Q:Could I mix color for my order?
A:Yes, It’s for one model, like you can choose 3-4 colors amount 500pcs.
Q:When is the delivery time?
A:Generally, the delivery time for mass production is 45-60 working days. The simple design models only costs 45 working days, some complex structure design models costs 65 working days.
Q:Could I have a sample to check the quality ?
A:Yes, for the ready in stock models, we could send out samples immediately, For out of stock models, we provide sampling service according to your requirement.
Q:How could I pay for my order?
A:Our payment term are T/T(Bank Transfer), Western Union and Paypal, you could choose the way most convenient.
Q:How much is the shipping cost?
A:It depends on the total weight of your order and the way you choose for shipping. There are International Express Door to Door, Airline Company and Ocean Transportation available.
Q: Can we mark our own logo on the watch?
A: Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, it’s depend on customers’ requirements.
Q: What about the warranty?
A: Normally 12-18 months. And it can be delayed according to your requirement.

Q: Do you provide a gift box?
A: Yes, we do. We can customize watch boxes with your logo as well.
Q: What types of packages do you normally use for this product?
A: If there is no gift watch box for your watch, the common package is opp bag+buble bag( for protecting the watches) then we package them in a white box.
Q: What is the cost of this product per unit including shipping via DHL or UPS？
A: Hmm, It depends on the weight and season. The prices are a bit different in different seasons. It’s better to check it when the watches are ready.
Q: Can watch and watch boxes be transported separately?
A: Yes, we can send them as your request. But for saving shipping, I suggest we can package the watches into the gift box.
